In 1979, Normand Phaneuf, president of Premier Consultants, a determined man with a vision, created his first independent long-term automobile leasing and sale company. Over the years, this initially modest company prospered and became a leader in its field.

Always listening to the needs of clients, M. Phaneuf had a vision of an indispensable service for consumers and small businesses on the horizon. The service would reassure members, validate their transactions and help them understand the automotive industry.

M. Phaneuf created the essential 1er.ca consulting service with several components to respond to the needs of consumers: a service that provides its members with the advice of seasoned specialists. This service was to be centred on members and to use new technologies.

1er.ca service was born, With its trained experts, assets and a structured service using a specific strategy and concept with a single objective: that each member make an informed decision, while making the best transaction possible.
